Our Philosophy

IMPACT (Inclusive Minds Program for Actionable Critical Thinking) At Sharing Circles, we believe that healing precedes transformation, and that the minds often excluded are the ones that can change the world. The IMPACT Program is our flagship initiative, created to empower marginalized youth, especially refugees, youth with disabilities, and young people affected by trauma and exclusion, to become critical thinkers, innovators, and community builders.

Opportunity Navigator Initiative

Our Opportunity Navigator Initiative aims to empower youth by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to recognize and seize available opportunities. From career development workshops to entrepreneurship incubation programs, we support young individuals in maximizing their potential and making meaningful contributions to their communities.

Inclusive Storytelling Project

Our Inclusive Storytelling Project aims to amplify the voices of young people, including those with disabilities and neurological disorders. Through storytelling workshops, podcast series, and community engagement events, we provide a platform for diverse experiences to be heard, valued, and celebrated. Our advocacy campaigns promote inclusivity and raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by marginalized youth.
